Alborz Organic Materials Company

"Founding and the beginning of the journey

Mandegar Baspar Company was established in 2005 by a group of specialists and engineers from the chemical and polymer industry. The founders' deep understanding of the existing problems in Iran's composite industry (such as dependence on imports, unstable quality of raw materials, and lack of effective technical support) was the main motivation for entering this field. During these years, the company's focus was on identifying the real needs of the market and establishing a communication network with scientific and industrial centers.

The founders of the company are technical experts in the field of the composite industry, holding higher education degrees in chemical engineering and materials engineering from reputable universities. After years of effort in the country’s composite field, they recognized the country’s need for certain materials and have dedicated all their strength and effort to meet the needs of the nascent composite industry in Iran. Research and development in

Let’s design the future together.
Our Research and Development (R&D) department directs research and development activities within the company and supports increasing the competitiveness of products in national and international markets. In line with the work done, advanced equipment has been adapted to our system, and many new products are being utilized. Our goal is to follow technological developments in the resin industry, conduct applied research, and become a competent R&D center that enables the launch of new products to the global market. This unit aims to provide added value for the world and our country through scientific studies in this field. All the resins we sell today are produced in our factory and tested in our own R&D laboratory by our expert R&D team.

The working method of the R&D for each resin is as follows:

Our R&D team, consisting of materials, polymer, and chemical engineers, evaluates customer demands from domestic and foreign markets. First of all, they determine the demand for a resin with what chemical and mechanical properties for which application. After this determination, changes are applied to existing formulas according to the ratio of glycol, acid, acid anhydride, and monomer, and the desired mechanical and liquid properties of the resin.

Laboratory

The studies are conducted in laboratory conditions using 2 or 5 kg pilot reactors, and attempts are made to produce the desired resin. If we do not have a formula that provides the required chemical and mechanical properties of the target resin, the desired formula is created by conducting the necessary research. This formula is developed through pilot reactor studies, and a sample job is done for the customer. The sample is delivered to the customer, and the result is requested.

Industrial testing

If the product is deemed suitable, work begins for industrial testing. For this purpose, a large-scale pilot study is conducted again for the same product, ranging from 50 kg to 1000 kg for the customer. If the user approves the product obtained as a result of this pilot study, the formula is added to the product range by presenting it to production.

We perform the following studies in our research and development laboratory:

New product development

Testing of liquid resin and curing on final products
