Composite pipes and fittings

FRP composite pipes are manufactured by filament winding using polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy resin. These pipes are suitable alternatives to stainless steel and PVC for transporting brine, chemicals, oil, and gas. Fittings (elbows, tees, reducers) are also made by compression molding or hand lay-up. The computer-controlled filament winding process ensures uniform thickness and optimal fiber orientation.
