Chemical storage separation

In warehouses storing hazardous chemicals (acids, bases, flammable solvents), there is a need for partition walls, spill containment pallets, and flooring resistant to chemical spills. FRP composite with vinyl ester or isophthalic polyester resin is the ideal material for manufacturing this equipment. The manufacturing process is done by hand lay-up or compression molding. FRP partition walls are installed in modular form with epoxy adhesive joints.

These components are resistant to a wide range of chemicals (including 98% sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, and aromatic solvents) and have low flammability (UL 94 V-0 rating). Additionally, the impermeable surface prevents chemicals from penetrating the underlying concrete, making spill collection and neutralization easier.
