The wall and roof panels of these structures are typically sandwich panels with a core of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam and an outer skin of FRP (made with polyester resin and fiberglass). The production process of these panels, either continuous or discontinuous, ensures a strong bond between the layers.<\/p><p>In terms of thermal performance, these panels have a very low heat transfer coefficient (U-value of approximately 0.2 to 0.3 W\/m\u00b2K), which reduces heating and cooling energy consumption by up to 50%. Additionally, their light weight (about 50 kg\/m\u00b2) eliminates the need for a heavy foundation.
